Operations</span></u></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Lead and oversee all HR functions for a multi-site medical practice, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practices.</span></li> <li><span>Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.</span></li> <li><span>Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and workflows aligned with applicable laws and organizational needs.</span></li> </ul><p><u><span>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration</span></u></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.</span></li> <li><span>Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reconciliation across payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms (Netchex).</span></li> </ul><p><u><span>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding</span></u></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring support.</span></li> <li><span>Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</span></li> <li><span>Manage online job platforms and candidate databases to attract competitive applicant pools.</span></li> <li><span>Oversee onboarding, pre-employment screenings, background checks, and new hire documentation.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate and facilitate bi-weekly in-person new hire orientations.</span></li> </ul><p><u><span>Employee Records &amp; HRIS Management</span></u></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee personnel records in both electronic and physical formats.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct regular audits of HR files to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.</span></li> </ul><p><u><span>Employee Relations &amp; Compliance</span></u></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, performance management, and separations.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain active knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA and Colorado FAMLI.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, healthcare-related employment regulations, and internal policies.</span></li> </ul><p><u><span>Additional Responsibilities</span></u></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Support organizational culture initiatives, engagement efforts, and continuous improvement projects.</span></li> <li><span>Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational goals.</span></li> </ul><p><b><span>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE</span></b></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span>Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope.</span></li> <li><span>Prior experience in a healthcare, medical practice, or multi-site organization strongly preferred; familiarity with physician-owned or provider-led environments is a plus.</span></li> <li><span>Proven hands-on experience administering payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, and employee records for an organization of comparable size (150+ employees).</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles, including partnering with hiring managers and developing effective sourcing strategies.</span></li> <li><span>Working knowledge and practical experience with employee relations, including performance management, corrective action, and separations.</span></li> <li><span>Direct experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA and Colorado FAMLI (or comparable state leave programs). </span></li><li><span>Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Businesses Administration, or a related field required</span></li><li><span>SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>PHYSICAL &amp;
